Bayer Vitrotec has been sold to Danish JUAL Group A/S

On March 1st 2025 Frank Bayer sold all activities in Bayer Vitrotec GmbH to the Danish JUAL Group A/S.

JUAL Group has developed, produced and sold building materials to the roofing and facade industry since 1968.
